Easily installs in ground with the provided ground sleeve. To install, secure the ground sleeve with cement, level, and cover with grass, gravel, or bark. Pole slips easily into the sleeve. Protective cap seals the ground sleeve when the pole is moved.

Double flag harness lets you fly 2 flags at once or to fly a flag at half mast.

Childproof locking collars help prevent accidental telescoping. Ground sleeve locks to help deter theft.
