Coronavirus Notice updated 5/17/20:
We are open and shipping with a revised schedule and procedures.
-There will be shipping delays.
-The best way to contact us about an order is to click on Order Status in the upper right corner. Once your order is on the screen,
click on the Order ID number and select Contact Us.
-The best way to reach us for product questions and all other issues is via email at customerservice@comforthouse.com.
-We expect there will be delays in responding to questions you may ask of us, including shipping status, as we may not be able to communicate
with those who know the answers.
-If you do not see an ADD TO SHOPPING CART button next to an item that means the shipping location is in a region closed due to Coronavirus.
-We anticipate situations where merchandise becomes stuck in transit for reasons beyond our control.
-Expedited and express shipments have been removed as options from checkout.
-We are finding that the very long waits for USPS deliveries has improved and for the most part packages are no longer taking 2-3 weeks to arrive. In addition more USPS packages are being scanned into the USPS system rather than failure to scan until reaching the destination post office.
-There will be a delay in processing returns and refunds as all incoming packages are being quarantined.
-The following items are experiencing extremely long delays:
Offset number plaques are running approximately 45 days for production. This affects item numbers P2939 thru P2943.
MAP puzzles are taking approximately 30 days for production.
-Numerous clients have informed us of receiving a different replacement part than ordered for Casita and Patiomate. The factory for this product is working with a skeleton crew and making numerous mistakes. If you have received the wrong part, the factory requests you email us a photo of what you received that includes a model number from the package so that it may be corrected for you as soon as possible.
