Patio Mate 11'6" x 15'5" Attachable Screened Two Door Patio Enclosure made up of ten screened panels (panels are 45" x 75" each). Measures 11'6" x 15'5" (178 square feet). Peak height is 92.25" to 95.25". Color: chestnut frame/almond roof.

Attaches to your home and anchors securely to existing wooden decks or concrete patios.

Rust-proof fiberglass screens enable air to circulate while bugs stay out. Three-ply vinyl roof resists mildew. Roof grommets prevent water pocketing and sagging. Roof is detachable for easy maintenance and winter storage. Heavy-duty galvanized metal frame with metal finish that resists fading and oxidation. Patio-Mate enclosures ship with a threshold and deck anchor kit. Set-up takes two people. Allow an afternoon for assembly.

NOTE: Peak height may be the deciding factor for you. Please measure the distance from ground level to any overhang that may interfere with the placement of your Patio Mate enclosure.

1-year mfg. warranty against normal wear and tear; no warranty against acts of nature.

IMPORTANT CAUTION Patio Mate screen enclosures are not designed to withstand heavy winds or snow. Please disassemble your enclosure during inclement weather and the off season. Though flame retardant, keep all flammable materials away from the roof.

Absolutely LOVE this! No more mosquitoes eating me up...
Rafters could be a bit stronger though.

Two men, both experienced in construction, had great difficulty putting this together. Instructions were vague or missing for several steps. at one point the directions switched toFrench ~ the directions in English for the door assembly and putting on the canvas top were hard to find, mixed in with other language directions. Parts were missing or incomplete. A very frustrating experience. To require disassembly in the event of inclement weather is a joke!!! Work began at 10 a.m. Parts were labeled by number but in packages labeled with letters. The finished product (eventually, as there are yet more steps to complete!) will serve our needs, but the assembly instructions and process are grueling!!!

Very difficult to assemble. Directions and packing are not clear. Top will not slide into the track without a great deal of effort.
Nice unit when I finally got it figured out.
