Registration number plate for dinghy and rigid inflatable boats. Most state regulations require that the boat registration number must be in three inch, block style lettering. The numbers should be easily read left to right and the registration number color must contrast with its background color. The Comfort House registration plate meets these requirements.

Unlike most other boat number plates where you have to purchase and apply the numbers, the Comfort House plate is permanently laser engraved with your state registration number. There are no extra boat numbering or lettering kits to purchase.

Use the Comfort House plates right out of the box, don't spend hours choosing and lining up and sticking the letters onto a blank plate.

Made from 1/16" UV-stabilized, non-rusting, acrylic plastic.

Hang the plate on your grab handles, oar locks, D-rings, or perimeter rope with cables ties or Velcro® straps that may be added at time of order. The Velcro® straps are adjustable and reusable.

Can be made with space for your registration sticker or permit number decal on either right or left side (see this option under size above). When used in pairs, requirements call for the registration sticker to be on the left for one plate and the right on the other so that it is closest to the bow or stern as regulations require.

Sizes: without space for sticker 13" x 3.8" x 1/16" thick or with space for sticker 24" x 3.8" x 1/16" thick.

Important Product Notes:
1.) Some states, such as Maryland, require registration numbers be permanently affixed to inflatables; this temporary removable hanging plate would not be considered permanently affixed.
2.) If you are registered in California and require a second decal space for the annual mussel fee sticker, please contact us for a modified plate.
3.) Please check your boat as some models may have not have a location to hang the plates.
4.) Although the material has good flex, it will break if folded.
