We custom make aircraft toggle switch plates, push button labels, gauge labels, tail number labels, custom placards such as passenger warning or capacity, and flush mounting plates.

Shown in the above image is the panel for an experimental aircraft that displays some of our work. We made the toggle switch labels, push button switch labels, passenger warning sign and N Number tag, circuit breaker label, and the two flush mount plates for the RS Flight Systems instrumentation in the upper right and lower left of the panel.

Other items that were part of this project were labels for Music In, Mic, Phone, and Push to Reset. We also made a fuel selector label, trim label with nose up and down arrows, and parking brake label.

The switch labels, small signs, and fuse panel label are manufactured from a flexible 1/32" thick acrylic plastic in color black (for other colors please contact us). The instrument plates are made from 1/8" thick acrylic plastic in color black (also available in white; please contact us). Our UV-stabilized non-rusting acrylic material withstands temperatures to 175-degrees F without deflection.

For items with text, the characters will be permanently engraved, not painted or printed on.

Labels easily attach to either moderately curved or flat surfaces with their weather resistant adhesive backing which will stick to almost any clean, dry surface. The flush mount instruments plates are normally made with one hole in each corner for attaching.
