The price shown is based on either a text only plaque in one of the listed fonts (other fonts are available, just ask us) or based on your supplying vector based art in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .cdr, .fs, .pdf, .dxf, .plt.

Upon submission of an order where you are supplying a file, send your order # and artwork to customerservice@comforthouse.com; in some instances, we may have to ask you to revise your artwork or have us do so at additional cost.

If your plaque is other than text based, and you don't have artwork, artwork preparation or enhancements can be done for you at additional cost.

Approximately 5-7 working days after submitting your order, a proof (also known as a mock-up) will be supplied for your approval or revision before production begins. Up to two proofs will be furnished at no additional charge ($50 per proof beyond two). After that, allow approximately 3-4 weeks production time.
