Poor Quality, light weight plastic piece of junk. Its grey not blue. Shaft turned rusty in one week. I'll give it away at a yard sale.

I bought 2 and placed them in my garden island. When my neighbors sister came over she sat in the car thinking they were real. I am very pleased on how they really do look real from a short distance.
