I love these hot water bottles. They are the only thing that I can find that provides heat for easing aches and pains without having to be plugged in all the time. The charge lasts a whole hour. They work better than heating pads for relieving pains because water is a miracle substance. I suggest getting more than one because they cannot be used while recharging. You cannot put your whole body weight on them, so get a heating pad if you want something warm to sit on. They are great for relieving abdominal pain and for putting behind your back on a chair to relieve back pain. Bring them in the car for 55 min rides. Charge them right before the ride.

I have used this product almost daily -- it warms any part of my anatomywhere neuropathy exists. Love it! The piece of plastic around the square power source on the bottle, however, broke off fairly early on. I remove & replace it manually with just as good results.
