Cut To Size Blank - Boat, RV, Panel, Home
Our cut to size acrylic plastic panels are used in boat, RV, and home or industrial applications when replacing equipment, instruments, or needing to cover a hole. Also used in the hospitality industry as a backplate.
Material is UV stabilized acrylic plastic and withstands 175-degree F temperatures without deforming. Choose 1/8" thick or 1/4" thick. Color is black or white.
Measure the opening you are trying to cover carefully. Add 1-1/2" to the width and length of your opening. For example, if your opening is 6" x 10", enter 7-1/2" and 11-1/2" into the size boxes above. Add your height and width in whole numbers and fractions.
This extra width and length are necessary to completely cover the opening (which probably has uneven edges) and provide adequate space for the screw holes so they do not break through an edge.
If you would like mounting holes, please enter how many. At least 4 are recommended, one for each corner. On larger pieces 6 or 8 are recommended.
