Homesitter Alarm System monitors your home for temperature, power, and water leaks. Provides multi-function alarm protection when you're not home.

HomeSitter alerts you when the temperature drops to below 45 degrees or rises above 85 degrees, when the power goes out, and when a leak occurs or the sump pump overflows. There is also a low-battery alarm to notify you when the back-up battery (2 AA batteries, not included) needs to be replaced.

Calls three phone numbers continuously until the alarm call-out is acknowledged by one of them. The HomeSitter can be programmed to call any number in the world up to 60 digits for use with calling cards and for international dialing. Alarm call-out can be cancelled remotely during the alarm call or by calling back to the unit. Automatically resets when the alarm condition is fixed.
