"Hello. I’m interested in having a custom panel made for my boat. I want it in 1/4 matte acrylic. The shape would be trapezoid. I made a cardboard template. It’s 9’ in height. The top width is 8 1/4” with a bottom width of 8 3/4” inches. It will require 2 cutouts. The top will have a Garmin UHD2 5” Chartplotter and the bottom will have a Fusion MS-RA210 Stereo (cutout 5 5/16’ x 2 1/16’) this cutout will have to line up with the original cutout. I’d also like to have 4 mounting holes for #6 screws. If you think I need more let me know. I will use a backing plate to reduce the strain on the acrylic. Just wanted to know if this is something you can do before I fill out the form."

Yes, this is exactly what Comfort House does, and the custom boat panel pictured here was completed in March 2026 in response to this request for a client's Boston Whaler.

Our panels are made from 1/4" thick acyrlic plastic, in colors black or white, with a front side that is glossy or matte.

Just let us know your measurements and any cutouts and positions required for a VHF radio, GPS nav, chart plotter, stereo, gauge, or other equipment and save yourself the repair work.

The price covers most panels up to 10"x10" and includes 30 minutes of engineering time to help you get the details right. If additional engineering time will be needed, or the project is more complex than usual, we will contact you with the additional cost for approval before proceeding.

Made March 2026: Custom panel for a Prolline (shown in smaller photo) is 9.69" x 9.36". It has two 2" round gauge cutouts, and one 1" round center gauge cutout. The top cut out is for a Mercury VesselView® 502.
