• Accepted vector artwork formats include .ai, .eps, .cdr, .fs, .pdf, .dxf and .plt. After ordering, email your order number and artwork to customerservice@comforthouse.com. Artwork that requires modification may incur an additional charge.
• If you do not have production-ready artwork, artwork preparation or enhancement is available at additional cost.
• A proof, also known as a mock-up, will normally be supplied approximately 7 working days after your order is submitted. Production does not begin until the proof is approved.
• Up to two proofs are included at no additional charge. Additional proofs are $50 each.
• After proof approval, allow approximately 4 weeks for production.
• Other available plaque shapes include arch top, oval, round, cut-out corner, shield and ribbon. Custom shapes are also available.
