True story. Your editor was recently on the beach and I removed my AirPods from my pocket. Wasn't exactly beachside but rather on a cement platform that jutted out into the water and had rocks on both sides. The case, still closed, slipped out of my hand as I removed it from my pocket. Upon reaching the ground the hinged cover swung open sending each airpod flying in opposite directions. The first one I found quickly but after 10 minutes of searching I concluded the other was lost at sea forever. I looked one last time as I was leaving the platform and there it was dangling on a rock which was almost totally submerged in the water. That's when I knew I needed a solution to prevent this from happening again.

I designed this small carrying pouch which is perfect for holding my AirPods case. Slide the case in sideways for best fit and snap it shut. This allows me to keep a tighter grip on the AirPods case as I remove it to prevent it from falling. Besides that, it's just a cool fashion accessory.
