I don't have trouble remembering to take my medication but about 10 seconds after taking it I forget whether I've taken it or not. Therefore I made this ultra-low tech medication mat to help remind me. Simple, easy-to-use, and I'm doing much better at remembering whether I've taken my pill or not.

This small 3.5"L x 2.5"H mat is made of sturdy 1/8" thick acrylic plastic. It sits on your counter and has a Not Taken and Taken side. When my medication is taken in the evening, I push the bottle over to the Taken side. The next morning when brushing my teeth I move the bottle back to the Not Taken side.

The top can be engraved if desired with your medication name up to 18 characters. We can also make special configurations for multiple medications upon request.

Choose from nine colors: sky blue with white characters; black with white characters; black with gold characters; white with black characters; brushed gold with black characters; brushed stainless with black characters; kelley green with white characters; red with white characters; and yellow with black characters.

The text is permanently engraved, not printed or painted on, so it won't wash off.
