Make your own lamp into a touch lamp
|
Add the convenience of touch control to your favorite lamps and forget about
fumbling with tiny knobs and switches you can never
find. With our standard Touch Lamp Control Switch you can light up a room by tapping the metal base or metal pole of your bedside lamp or sofa reading lamp.
Each successive tap to any metal part steps your
lamp through 3 brightness levels: low, medium, high and
then off. Installation is as easy as changing a
bulb, no tools or wiring required.
The standard touch lamp switch is for use indoors with table and floor lamps that have a metal socket and bulbs in upright positions. Convert a regular lamp to a touch lamp today!
Not for use with a compact fluorescent bulb (CFL) or lamps with transformers. (NOTE: This item does not work with ceramic or plastic socket.) 150W maximum.
Important Buying Tip : On occasion we find a customer may not have success with a touch lamp control switch. This may be the result of incompatibility with a particular lamp or the electrical wiring in a home. Product Reviews touch light, June 3, 2012 Posted By: Anna Location: Broken Arrow, OK How often do you shop at Comfort House: first time We have been very happy with this touch light that helps you when you have trouble turning your lamp on. Our son John who has diabetes and almost blind has been really helped my this as he had a hard time turning the switch to the lamp. I ordered one also for me and now just touch the metal part of the lamp and turn over and go to sleep. I would almost fall out of bed trying to turn the lamp off before I bought this. I wish I had gotten a couple more. Thanks ,
