Price Match Policy:
If you find a lower total delivered price on an identical item from another factory-authorized dealer, we will do our best to meet that price. Simply make your request for a price match on-line at the time of order by including the competitor's URL for the item in the comments section of your order form. The comments section is the last section before completion of your order. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and in the unusual event we can not honor the match you will be given the opportunity to cancel. Please note this is a manual process and you will not be able to physically adjust the price on your on-line order.

email us a request to Price Match prior to entering an order. Include the city, state, and zip code your order will ship to. We'll acknowledge your email within 1 business day and let you know if we can honor your request.

Other conditions: For a price match, the item must be in stock at the competition and in factory-new condition. The competitor must maintain a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. If we offer a free item with purchase of another item, the value of the free item will be added to the competitorís price when calculating the price match amount. We do not match typographical errors. Proof of the competitorís offer, such as an ad or URL, may be requested. Price match requests may be made up to 14 days after your purchase.


When should I expect delivery? Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day of receipt by UPS, FedEx, or Priority/First Class Mail. If an item has a special delivery time it will be noted in the product description. Casita, Patiomate, and Parts for them are currently running a 2-3 week delivery time.
  • You should expect to receive delivery within 4-7 business days in the USA unless a special delivery time is noted in the product description.
  • Air delivery and specific carrier options are also available in your shopping cart.
  • If you select air delivery for an item with a special delivery time noted in the product description, your product will not be finished any quicker but will ship via the chosen method when it is ready to ship.
