Comfort House ships worldwide! Order on-line and for ship
method choose "All Other Destinations" or "Canada". The rates
confirmed on-line are not your actual rates. These are the
rates to the US contiguous 48 states only. Our shipping
department will usually contact you by email in 1-3 business days (allow longer during November and December)
with shipping options and rates to your location. We will then wait
for your approval before we process your order.
If your international order is a first-time order with Comfort House, you will
be asked to fax a copy of the front and reverse of your credit card
to us at 973-242-0131 for security reasons. We will not waive this
requirement unless you pay by American Express card, so please
do not ask us to. To keep your order safe, we will also not discuss
our security procedures. If you do not wish to comply with our security
procedures, but would like to complete your order, please mail your payment to us at the address shown below. If your order is being shipped to a US address but paid
for by an International card, the same security procedures apply.
If we do not receive approval or a fax from you within 3 days of our email,
your order will be cancelled.
If you do not have access to a fax, we will accept an in-line JPEG attachment of your credit card
via email.
When we contact you, we may reference your order as a different number
than the one you received on your order confirmation. We have both an internal and an external number for every order. Both numbers refer to the same order. Therefore, please do not be concerned if the order number we refer to does not match.
Please be sure to contact your local custom and taxing authorities to
determine if you will be charged any duties or taxes
upon receipt of your delivery.
Upon receipt of your approval to process an order, your credit
card will be billed. Because of the various ship methods that we use to
fill orders to international destinations, there may be delays between
the time your order is billed and shipped.
All electrical products are made for use with US 120V unless otherwise
noted.
We can not provide assistance if merchandise is found to be defective. Our usual return policies do not apply; all International sales are final.
