(these items have a stock number on our website NOT ending with the letter F): Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day of receipt by UPS or Priority/First Class Mail. In the 48 contiguous states only, you should expect to receive delivery within 4-7 business days.
For items that drop ship directly from the
vendor
(These items have a stock number on our website ending with the letter F): You should expect to receive delivery of in-stock items within 7-12 business days in the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise noted in the product description (read delivery time statement below).
Some vendor-direct items require a delivery time of many weeks; these items are noted in their product description with the amount of time to allow for delivery. Please do not expect such items to arrive any sooner than stated.
How to know if an item is backordered.
Delivery time statement: Our marketing and operations teams work closely, and on a daily basis, with our vendors to ensure that delivery time statements accurately reflect each vendor's shipping capability when the product is in stock. Our stated delivery times are frequently more accurate than those of other Internet retailers, and in fact, delivery information posted on many other sites is often simply false. For example, a competitor's advertisement might
state that an item ships within 2 to 3 days, or to allow 2 weeks for delivery, when we know that particular item takes considerably longer. We work hard to keep our shipping and product availability information as accurate and up-to-date as possible, because we want you to have reliable information when you order from Comfort House. (NOTE: Backorder information posted on our product availability page overrides the delivery time statement. Stated delivery time resumes when the product is back in stock.)
