You may fax us a copy of the front and reverse of your credit card to 1-973-242-0131. This is a secured fax. Sending us a copy of your card is the BEST and QUICKEST way to have your order released for shipping.

You may email us your credit card validation number (also known as C.I.D.). This is the last 3 numbers found by the signature plate on the back of a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover or the last four numbers found on the front right side of an American Express card above the credit card number. Please send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, C.I.D. number, and phone number on record with your credit card company.
Once we receive your information we will send you a confirming email and then contact you again
only if there will be a further delay.
Please note that when we contact you, we may reference your order as a different number than the one you received on your order confirmation. We have both an internal and an external number for every order. Both numbers refer to the same order. Therefore, please do not be concerned if the order number we refer to does not match.
Important notice to Wells Fargo cardholders: Wells Fargo does not support fraud prevention for the thousands of merchants that do not use their credit card service. Therefore, we will only accept the fax method described above for verification or your use of a non-Wells Fargo card. We apologize for this inconvenience.
