To cancel your order, email our Order Desk. In your email, include your order number, name, billing address, and
items ordered. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for cancellation. We'll acknowledge your email within 1 business day and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet entered
our shipping department or is on backorder. An order is not cancelled until you
receive an email confirming successful cancellation
Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we
will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an
order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there
will be a cancellation fee of 5% of your order total, with a minimum fee of $5.00, if we are able to cancel your order.
If you have ordered gift wrap, and your item has already been wrapped, you are responsible for the gift wrap charge if we are able to cancel your order.
For orders that can not be canceled and you do not wish to keep, simply return your order to us upon receipt for
a refund of the merchandise cost. You are responsible for shipping and handling
charges both ways for canceled orders that have shipped.
Of course, custom-made and made to order merchandise, special orders, and personalized items can not be canceled.
Gift certificates can also
not be canceled and may not be redeemed for cash.
