CancellationOrder Cancellation: Orders are processed 24x7. To request cancellation, enter your information below. Once your order is on the screen, if it is in Pending or Ready status it may usually be cancelled. Click on the Order ID and select Contact Us to request cancellation. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your contact within 1 business day and let you know if your order has been cancelled. An order is not cancelled until you receive an email confirming successful cancellation.
Orders in any other status cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us so there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of your order total, with a minimum fee of $5.00, if we are able to cancel your order. Orders that have shipped can not be cancelled.
For orders that can not be canceled and you do not wish to keep, please follow our return guidelines. Of course, custom-made and made to order merchandise, special orders, and personalized items can not be cancelled.
