When you order from this page you will receive a custom cast bronze metal plaque, with bronze/gold tone or aluminum/silver characters and border, and black leatherette texture background. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Made in USA.

The price shown is based on either a text only plaque in one of the listed fonts (other fonts are available, just ask us) or based on your supplying vector based art in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .cdr, .fs, .pdf, .dxf, .plt.

Upon submission of an order where you are supplying a file, send your order # and artwork to customerservice@comforthouse.com; in some instances, we may have to ask you to revise your artwork or have us do so at additional cost.

If your plaque is other than text based, and you don't have artwork, artwork preparation or enhancements can be done for you at additional cost.

Approximately 7 working days after submitting your order, a proof (also known as a mock-up) will be supplied for your approval or revision before production begins. Up to two proofs will be furnished at no additional charge ($50 per proof beyond two). After that, allow approximately 4 weeks production time.

Please note you can also use a bronze plaque for memorials, dedications, in honor of, home and building names, wayfinding, and as a house number plaque.

Plaques on this page are in rectangle or square shape. However, we can make your plaque in any shape at additional cost. The most popular shapes besides rectangle and square are arch top, oval, round, cut-out corner, shield, and ribbon.

Other options available include: different letter styles, double line or bevel borders, ornamental borders, different background colors, different background textures, logos or emblems, photos, double sided, different materials (e.g. aluminum), different production methods (e.g. precision tooled), and mounting methods. Plaques can be custom made as large or small as you wish. Some of the most common sizes are 6x6, 8x8, 12x6, 12x8, 12x12, 16x10, 18x10, 20x20, 24x14, 24x24, 30x30, 36x36, and 48x48. Also available as a round ground seal otherwise known as a floor inlay.

Mounting method recommendations:
Stud - For concealed mounting, recommended on brick or masonry.
Holes Through Surface - Supplied with either metal or wood screws depending on your mounting surface.
Toggle Bolts - Holes through surface with toggle bolts recommended for hollow tile, cement block, or drywall.
Machine Screws & Expansion Sleeves - Holes through surface with machine screws and sleeves recommended for brick, stone, or masonry.
Rosettes to cover surface holes are also available (please ask).
