Kik Step Step Stool - - Kik-Step® step stool in 10 colors. Kick it where you want; then step up - - or sit down. Solid steel base drops over retractable casters to rest on a sturdy, non-skid bumper. Supports up to 500 pounds.

Spring-mounted casters roll smoothly and retract when weight is applied. Wrap-around bumpers protect walls and furniture. Non-skid vinyl treads prevent slipping.

I have one of these in every kitchen I frequent, because being short I can't reach many of my shelves AND I don't want to be pushing stools around with my hands while cooking! However, this purchase was for 5 yr old twins who are just learning to cook and can't quite reach the counter. Perfect! They used to love them as toddlers when learning to walk, and also my cat loves to play in and on top of it. When I lived in the US I painted my KikStool several times whenever I moved to a new kitchen, and it always looked good as new. Now the colors are so great you could just go ahead and buy another one as they are useful in every room. I especially love the copper, it's elegant. Only slight complaint is that the little rubber gasket at the bottom can come off. A little glue holds it in place nicely. Great little product.
