- If you want one line only, please fill in the box for address line 1 only. The one-line plaque holds up to five (5) 4.5" characters.
- If you want two lines, please fill in both boxes. In this version, line 1 holds up to seven (7) 3" characters, and line 2 holds up to sixteen (16) 1.25" characters (including spaces).
