This shatterproof, UV-resistant, high-quality plastic planter is designed to take care of your plants for you.
Supplies just the right amounts of water for optimal growth (over-watering is often the reason that plants don't thrive). An overflow system removes excess rain water when the Cottage planter is used outside.
How it works: Just fill the Lechuza water reservoir and your plant will be self-sufficient. The reservoir in combination with Lechuza PON, a granular material, provides and regulates proper water supply to your plants. The integrated water-level indicator tells you when to refill the reservoir with water and (if needed) liquid fertilizer.
Medium-size Cottage Planter ( Lechuza Cottage 30 ) measures 12" x 12" x 22.5" high and weighs 11 pounds. Water reservoir holds approximately 1 gallon of water. Supplies water for up to one month.
Large Cottage Planter ( Lechuza Cottage 40 ) measures 15.5" x 15.5" x 30", weighs 21 pounds, and holds approximately 2 gallons of water. Supplies water for up to two months.
Includes plant liner and sub-irrigation system. Imported from Germany. Assembly required. Colors: ivory, granite, cherry, mocha.
