Kettler 7681-090 X1 Exercise Bike - - X1 exercise bike features a super-comfortable gel-padded seat and rotating handlebars. Quiet, smooth peddling. Low step-through for easy access. Saddle adjusts vertically and horizontally along a fixed incline to ensure proper seat-to-pedal leg position for users of all heights. Silent electro-mechanical resistance from 25 to 400 watts (in 5-watt increments) provides very low to very substantial range.
Rotating handlebars allow different positions in a range of 360 degrees. Transport castors in front; floor levelers in rear.
Training computer: Siemens® LCD in high resolution for an easy-to-read display. Manual option with goal settings and pre-set programs including heart rate control. Recovery pulse feature provides a fitness rating of 1-6 at the end of the workout. Automatic setting of pulse rate range for fat combustion and fitness zone as well as percentage display of upper pulse limit. PC interface (RS232) for interactive software training and exchangeable pre-set programs via Internet download (from www.kettlerusa.com).
