Tomato Strainer - - Tomato strainer
has a suction base and C-clamp for mounting. Use to crush tomatoes for tomato sauce and tomato puree when tomatoes are plentiful in your garden. Also use to make sauces and purees from other seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Includes a standard, multi-purpose screen. Additional screens for salsa, berries, and pumpkin are available separately (see Related Products area at right). Optional electric motor for this food strainer is also available (see Related Products area at right).
When straining tomatoes, the standard screen will send the seeds and skin one way and the pulp and
juice the other. Use the salsa screen if you want seeds in the product.
