Tulip-shaped, with a slightly flared rim, this wine glass directs a full flat stream for the perfect palate attack. High-quality German Rieslings have few if any unpleasant components (for example, high alcohol or bitter tannins) and are best presented in a stem that concentrates delicate fruit aromas but buffers nothing else.
