Presto 01781 23 Quart Pressure Canner - - Featuring durable, warp-resistant aluminum construction and an easy-to-read pressure gauge, this 23-quart pressure canner (5.75 gallons) from Presto provides the only USDA recommended method for cooking low-acid foods such as meats, vegetables, and fish.
Suitable for use on regular and smooth top cooking ranges. Air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build up only when the cover is properly closed, and prevents cover from opening until the pressure is reduced. Also serves as a water bath canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsas.
