| RollPat Counter Pastry Mats - - Unique mat composed of fiberglass and coated on both sides with non-stick silicone so that you can roll dough easily.
Ideal for kneading, beating, and rolling dough or working with sugar and chocolate.
When rolling dough on the top surface of the mat (the side stamped with the Roll'Pat logo), there is no need to sprinkle the mat or the dough itself with flour. The reverse side is skid resistant and secures itself to any working surface.
Eliminating the use of extra flour in the baking process means that the dough retains its glossiness and is smoother, less dry, and finer looking. And your workspace stays cleaner!
NOTE: Roll'Pat should not be cut, folded, or used in the oven. It is for countertop use only.
