Each tune-up includes the following 9 steps:
replace the belt, replace the seals, clean the roller brush, clean roller brush bearings, polish the armature, check all electrical connections, clean and sanitize the interior and exterior, vacuum the outer bag, replace inner bag.
Your FREE tune-ups are available once a year and start after the first year of your purchase date. To redeem your tune-up, simply take your Oreck XL Deluxe to the Oreck Store nearest you (may take up to 5 days, depending upon the store) or ship to a regional service center (customer pays shipping cost to the regional service center and Oreck will pay shipping cost back to the customer).
