I used the cooker for the first time, i rubbed 1 chicken with olive oil and spices and cooked at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. i was disappointed because the chicken was not as tender and juicey as i had hoped. I will try a lower temp and cook longer next time. cleanup of the cooker was very time consuming i put foil on the cooker as suggested but i still had to use scotch pad and brillo pads to get the brown off the cooker.
