The Nespresso System uses an exclusive capsule in which selected coffee beans are roasted, freshly ground, precisely measured, and hermetically sealed. All Nespresso machines are designed for use with Nespresso capsules and work only with these capsules. (The proprietary Nespresso capsules are available only through the Nespresso Club. The Nespresso Club is the ONLY source for the Nespresso System consumables.)
