 Classy Caps Low Voltage Accent Lighting - - Classy Caps Low Voltage 6 Cap Kit beautifies by day and casts a subtle glow downward onto the outside walls of the cap and surrounding area. Turns on at dusk, turns off at dawn.
Fits over a standard 4" x 4" or 3.5" x 3.5" wood or vinyl fence post. Classy Caps are ideal for decks, fences, porches, mailbox posts, and walkways.
A low-voltage transformer with photocell eye automatically turns lights on at dusk and turn them off at dawn. System can also be programmed to work from 1 to 9 hours. Transformer plugs into a standard 110-volt outlet.
Classy Cap Low Voltage kit comes with 6 low-voltage light fixtures, 12-volt/4-watt light bulbs, 60-watt photocell transformer, 75' of low-voltage cable, stainless steel mounting screws, and cable extension connector. (Note: You can achieve the same look without wiring with the new Classy Cap solar fence cap.)
Classy Caps are manufactured from UV stable, 100 percent prime PVC that will not fade, chip, or rust. Safe do-it-yourself installation. Removable snap-on lid allows for easy bulb replacement.
CAUTION: Fixtures must be installed in accordance with local codes and ordinances. Do not install within 10' of a pool, spa, or fountain. Do not use tungsten halogen lamps.
Installation on Vinyl Post: Feed low-voltage cable through hollow top rail. Use steel fish tape to feed cable. Leave minimum 6" excess cable above top of post to allow for light socket connection to cable and reconnecting light socket to classy cap.
Installation on Wood Post: Hide cable along underside of top rail. Drill holes vertically and horizontally through post large enough to accommodate cable.
