The highly polished 5-quart stainless steel bowl has a
splashguard and handles. Stainless steel is especially useful for keeping pastry cool when mixing and gives excellent results when whisking egg whites. Extra bowls and covers are available below.
Automatic electronic six speed control with pulse maintains constant power regardless of the load.
Three mixing tools perform specific baking tasks: a Flat Beater for mixing cakes, preparing pastries, and combining ingredients; a Balloon Whisk for whisking air into eggs and cream; and a Dough Hook for kneading bread dough. Replacement/extra mixing tools are available below.
Unique planetary mixing action of the beaters ensures that all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Brushed die cast aluminum body, components, and motor power combine for optimum durability, reliability, and strength.
