Chikara knives are forged of high-carbon Japanese stainless steel that is known for strength and ability to hold an extremely sharp edge. Traditional Japanese-style handles are made of heat- and water-resistant resin and fit smoothly into your hand. Steel tang extends through the entire handle.
Chikara 5-piece set contains a 3.5" paring knife, 5" utility knife, 5" santoku knife, 6" chef knife, and bamboo block.
