Tinned Steel Food Mill to strain or puree vegetables and fruits. This heavy-duty, tinned mill processes all kinds of produce. Great for the professional kitchen; 8 quart capacity. Ships with one 3mm basket sieve. Other sieve sizes are sold separately below. Dimensions: 14" top diameter; 7.25" bottom diameter; 14.75" high; weighs 7.5 pounds.
  • 4mm: for stringy vegetables
  • 3mm: for general mashing (tomato seeds may pass)
  • 2mm: mashed potatoes & other vegetables (tomato seeds will not pass)
  • 1.5mm: fine purees, tomato sauce, soups, fruit
  • 1mm: superfine processing for berries, syrups, fruit juices & more
