CuisineClean uses ozone to purify fruits and vegetables. The process kills bacteria and mold and naturally removes pesticides. This organic washing method cleanses produce without the use of dangerous chemicals.

Extends the useful life of food and helps eliminate food-borne illness.

CuisineClean™ is specifically designed to clean fruits and vegetables utilizing activated oxygen (that is, Ozone or O2) to naturally oxidize bacteria, fungi, and other odor-producing particles on the food surface. Three-step process from ozone bath to rotating spray action to drain/dry cycle. Spinning motion ensures that every surface of the food is treated during the washing cycle. Washing capacity: up to 1 pound of leafy green vegetable or up to 3 pounds of roots and tubers such as potatoes and carrots. Washing time is adjustable from 1 to 15 minutes.

Editor's Note: Cuisine Clean is a large appliance and requires quite a bit of counter space and storage space. After washing, water needs to be drained into your sink via the integrated drainpipe. Please measure the countertop next to your sink before ordering to make sure that you have enough room to hold the CuisineClean.
