Q: I've received notification that my shipment has been made and it shows you sent popcorn boxes but I ordered a shoe polisher. What is going on?
A: One in approximately every one thousand shipment notifications indicates something was shipped that you did not order. We have been unable to isolate the cause to this problem. The merchandise that you receive will be what you ordered.
Q: I added an $80 item to the shopping cart but the shopping cart shows $90. Why?
A: The item that you ordered likely has a $10 shipping surcharge associated with it. Shipping surcharges are for bulky and/or heavy weight items and are in addition to the standard rates. You will see the shipping surcharge indicator directly after the price of the item in the advertisement.
Q: When I add one item to my shopping cart, and then add a second item (or third or fourth, etc.), I only see the original item in the cart. How come I can not order more than one item?

Q: I have ordered an item that offers a ship credit. When I check out, why does my order total not reflect the deduction.
A ship credit offsets the shipping rate on your order. It is not a further deduction to your order. For example, if you order a breadmaker at $199.95, and that breadmaker has a shipping rate of $14.95, and a ship credit of $14.95 is available, your order total will be $199.95. It will not be $185 because that does not include the addition of the shipping rate.
