Why is my control warm, even when I turn it off?
Perfect Fit controls have no moving parts. Because the control units function electronically, a small trickle of current is constantly being supplied to them. That current is producing the warmth you feel and is perfectly normal.
Why doesn't my bed feel hot when I touch it?
Perfect Fit warming products replace the heat your body loses as you sleep. They do not produce enough heat to make the bed hot, but they do produce enough heat to keep you warm and comfortable while you sleep. We suggest you spend several days experimenting with the settings until you find your personal comfort level.
Can I use a bedspread or comforter over my warming blanket or pad?
Yes. You may use any bedding you would normally use. However, you should not use a warming blanket and warming pad on the same bed at the same time.
Can I use another mattress pad with my warming pad?
Yes, a conventional mattress pad may be used with the warming pad. If you use another pad, it should be placed under the warming pad.
Can I sit on my Perfect Fit warming blanket or pad?
Yes. You will not harm the product by sitting on it.
My warming blanket/pad doesn't seem to be working properly. What do I do?
