Home & Garden Clearance Center - - almost brand new items

We call these items "almost new" because they cannot go into our regular inventory. Almost-new items are usually in damaged boxes or boxes that show signs of wear from transit. They may have been returned after a customer changed his or her mind about size, style, or color. Or they may simply have been returned as refused or undeliverable merchandise. Some items have been removed from their boxes, and some have never even been open. To clear our shelves of almost-new items, we offer them to you at a special savings.

Almost new items are guaranteed to be in good working condition and all sales are final. No returns - - all sales final.

Soleus electric patio heater (almost new - no return)

Item was tried once by a client and it did not meet his requirements. See Full description. Item has some minor scratches. Order 61335A.

Opus table (almost new - no return)

Same as item shown here.. Has some very minor cosmetic flaws.

4' Planter Box white stained with two 24" liners (some damage - no returns)

Shown in picture (not the corner unit). Potted plants are held firmly against wind and accidental bumps. Fits snugly over either 2" x 4" or 4" x 6" deck railings. Included adapters allow planter to be used for either railing size. Made of long-lasting and rot-resistant cypress. Pots up to 8" in diameter can be placed directly into planter. Liners (included) may also be used for direct planting. Dimensions 4' planter: 51.75" L x 10" W x 8.25" H; weighs 13.5 pounds. We have 3 available and there are some chips in the wood and/or minor repair work required due to damage in transit.

Coronado self water window box 3' (almost new - no return)

Item did not meet client's size requirement so it was returned. Client did not plant in it but inside surface finish has paint that is peeled in numerous spots because of the way it was repacked to send to us; the good news is that the interior is not seen when you plant in it. Coronado self watering window box - - 4' (almost new - no returns)

Flower Box : 4' window box - - natural cypress (almost new - no return)

The picture shown is a smaller size of the item available; mounting brackets shown in picture are NOT included. Sturdy window box is constructed of weather- and rot-resistant cypress. Slatted design. Natural finish. Dimensions: 50.25" L x 10" W x 6.75" H; weighs 11 lb. You can place pots up to 8" in diameter into the box. Or use plastic liners (available at your garden store) for direct planting. Flowers not included. We only have one available and the manufacturer has gone out of business so we will not be receiving more in.
