This delicate pendant is about the size of a dime and holds two lines of custom-engraved medical information. (Designed to wear on your own chair; pendant does not include chain.) Pendant plate has a raised and cut out, universally recognized emergency medical symbol in gold.

The petite medical pendant holds 2 lines of custom engraving, 14 letters per line. Example:
