Simply take your package to any United Parcel Service location or United States Post Office or give it to your UPS driver or postal carrier at your own convenience.

The Easy Merchandise Return program generates an addressed and prepaid merchandise return label that you print and apply to your package. It also generates an email acknowledgment to maintain for your records.
There are NO up front expenses involved so please do not make any payment to UPS or to the Post Office. When we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse, your return will be processed for an exchange or refund as requested, less the return freight cost as calculated by UPS or the Post Office,
and a $1.50 service fee per return label for UPS or a $.50 service fee per return label for postal service.
Return freight is not refundable unless we made a shipping error.
Our Easy Merchandise Return program is a great convenience but please be aware that your cost for return freight can exceed the amount you originally paid for shipping and handling. This is because you may not select the most economical freight carrier for your return or our actual cost of outgoing freight exceeds the amount that we charge you. The Post Office is ONLY economical for packages under 2 lbs.
UPS has thousands of drop-off locations. You can drop-off your package at The UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes etc.), authorized UPS shipping outlets such as Staples or Office Depot, or UPS centers. To find the nearest location to drop off your package, use this UPS link.
Please note that UPS will also come to your home or business for pickup for an additional $5.00 per package (phone number to call for pick up will be on your label). If you receive daily UPS collection, or see a UPS truck in your neighborhood, this fee does not apply and you may hand the package to the driver.

We strongly urge you to go to the UPS.com and USPS.com websites to calculate shipping costs prior to generating your return label. To do so, you will need to know the dimensions and weight of your parcel
and our shipping zip code which is 07114. On the UPS system you must choose quote type Detailed Time and Cost or you will not obtain an accurate quote. You may find that the cost of shipping exceeds the price of the product and we do not wish for you to be surprised after the fact.
Please remember refunds for all orders will be less our actual shipping cost if they exceed the amount that we charged you to ship your order. Actual shipping costs are frequently many times greater than the amount that we charged you. When using the UPS.com and USPS.com websites to calculate return shipping costs, multiply the result by two to determine the approximate total cost of back and forth shipping. Please contact us if you require any help with this calculation.
