Dakota Alert WRH-3000 Wireless Driveway Alarm wireless rubber hose driveway alert. Don't be surprised by visitors, delivery vehicles, or intruders.
Wireless driveway alarm monitors driveway activity and sounds an alert whenever a vehicle or person enters your driveway or protected area.
Radio-operated driveway alarm consists of 2 parts - - a transmitter connected to 25' of rubber hose and a receiver.
Receiver can be located in your house and plugged into a standard wall outlet. An optional portable receiver is also available below.
Weatherproof outside transmitter should be mounted to a tree or post in the area of your driveway so that the hose can stretch across it. The transmitter runs on a 9-volt battery that normally lasts 6 to 12 months. Up to four zones can be monitored with additional transmitters. The transmitters can be programmed so they each sound a different tone at the receiver. Additional transmitters are available below.
If a vehicle or person enters this area, the transmitter will send a radio signal up to 3000' (actual range depends on the local terrain, temperature, and humidity) to the receiver in the house.
When the receiver gets a signal from the transmiiter, one of four different tones (classical, westminster chime, ding dong, or whistle) will sound for a few seconds. Volume control allows you to set the desired sound level. 1-year mfg. warranty.
