Hemorrhoid Relief

The Delwa Star H™ provides temporary relief of
hemorrhoids through the application of mild heating.
It consists of a control unit and a therapy probe
which is shaped like a suppository. The probe is
inserted into the rectum for 20 minutes
and emits pulsating warmth which stimulates
the blood flow through the hemorrhoid pad. This
in turn results in an increased metabolic rate and a
definite shrinkage of the hemorrhoids.
The Delwa Star H control unit (6"x4"x1.5", 9 oz.) contains a single knob
which controls temperature. The temperature adjusts from
98.6 degrees F to 113 degrees F for desired level of comfort.
For best results, use the hemmorhoid reliever
once or twice a day for 20 minutes each (unit will
automatically shut off once 20 minutes is reached).
Even if an improvement is seen after a few days, the
therapy should be continued for a 30 day period.

What is a hemorrhoid?
Hemorrhoids are varicose swellings of the blood vessels
of the rectum. They may arise from poor eating habits, stress, or lack of physical
exercise. Often they result from pressure caused by constipation, pregnancy,
or such activities as cycling or weight lifting. Symptoms may include pain, itching,
and burning.
