Cuisinart Prep boards have a nonabrasive surface that does not cause knives to dull. The slightly raised edges of these Prepboards contain liquids and crumbs without impeding slicing and chopping. Product Reviews Handy, May 1, 2013 Posted By: Dudley McFadden Location: Roseville, California How often do you shop at Comfort House: first time I've used a prior set of three for 6+ years. After these years of daily use they do accumulate a lot of small knife cuts and discolor so I decided to replace them. I was pleased to find them at Comfort House. We use them for all cutting tasks: liquids don't run off onto the counter or floor, and the boards go right in the dishwasher afterwards. I place a silicone potholder underneath while using a chef's knife to keep them from slipping.
