Cuisinart stand mixers include a flat mixing paddle, dough hook, chef's whisk, and splash guard. Cuisinart Flat Mixing Paddle is contoured to reach bottom and sides of bowl so that you can thoroughly mix from just one cup to a full bowl of ingredients. Cuisinart Dough Hook eliminates the task of hand kneading. Four minutes of mixer kneading produces the results of 10 to 12 minutes of hand kneading. Cuisinart Chef's Whisk aerates ingredients to increase volume. When used on slow speed, the whisk gently combines, or sifts, dry ingredients. Cuisinart Splashguard has an extra-wide pouring spout to make adding ingredients easy.
Cuisinart Stand Mixer has three power outlets, including a high-speed outlet, for its optional dedicated attachments ( meat grinder, citrus juicer, blender, food processor, pasta maker . . . all sold separately).
