Cuisinart BA-1115 Prep Board Set consists of three Cuisinart prep boards; one round, one square, and one rectangular prep board.
Cuisinart Prep boards have a nonabrasive surface that does not cause knives to dull. Slightly raised edges contain liquids and crumbs without impeding slicing and chopping. Nonporous surface does not absorb odors or bacteria.
Made of dishwasher-safe durable polypropylene. Oven-safe to 180 degrees F.
Round board is approximately 12" diameter. Square board is approximately 11" x 11". Rectangular board is approximately 15" x 10". Color: white.
