| Cuisinart DLC-XPN 20 Cup Food Processor (also known as DLC-X Plus). Cuisinart is the company that introduced food processors to American cooks, and its food processors continue to set the standard for the entire industry.
From its direct-drive, 1-1/2--horsepower motor to its ENORMOUS 20-cup work bowl, the Cuisinart Commercial Food Processor DLC-XPN provides unmatched performance and durability. The rugged and durable stainless steel motor shaft withstands continuous processing of heavy ingredient batches. The DLC-XP comes with these tools:
- 20-cup Lexan work bowl that holds up to 20 cups of shredded food, 4-1/2 pounds of bread dough, or 5 pounds of cake or cookie batter. The bowl is both shatterproof and heat and cold resistant.
- Cover with large feed tube that allows you to process any size food with precision. The pusher houses a smaller feed tube.
- Stainless steel chopping/mixing blade that processes raw or cooked foods to any consistency, from coarse chop to smooth puree, as well as batters, mayonnaise, and pastry.
- Heavy-duty dough blade that thoroughly kneads bread and pizza doughs effortlessly
- Superior slicing and shredding discs on detachable stem that make perfect thick or thin slices.
