Faux Slate Gel Fuel Corner Portable Ventless Fireplace / Faux Slate Electric Corner Fireplace featuring side columns that are are topped with slate-faced rectangular capitals. Slate tiles also surround the firebox.
This portable fireplace has folding corner support for use in any corner or on any flat wall. Does not require a contractor for installation, can be moved from room to room anytime, and can be ordered with either a gel fuel insert or electric firebox.

Gel-fuel model is designed for use with alcohol gel fuel cans that are set behind the log set. The resulting fire actually pops and cracks as if you were burning real wood! Specially formulated Fireglo alcohol gel is the clean, safe, convenient alternative to traditional costly and sometimes messy gas or wood. Burns safely in non-vented fireplaces. Each can of Fireglo lasts about 3 hours. (For shorter burning times, fire can be extinguished and cans resealed and relit at a later time.) You can use up to 3 cans at a time. (Please purchase FireGlo separately below.) Note: you can also burn candles or a candelabra in the firebox when you don't want to use gel fuel.
NOTE: The gel-fueled fireplace is not designed to be a heat source, but it will take the chill out of the air. Fireplace reaches a temperature of about 160 degrees.
Electric firebox model provides some heat. Features a realistic flickering flame effect and remote control operation (2 AAA batteries required; not included). Easy to use adjustable thermostat and adjustable flame-brightness control. 120 volt; 60Hz; 1500 watts. Long-life LED lights. Safety thermal overload protector. Uses about the same energy as an electric coffeemaker. Plugs into standard outlet.
Dimensions: 44.5"W x 13.75"D x 39.75"H; mantel supports up to 85 pounds. MANUFACTURER'S WARNING: positioning anything on top of your fireplace mantel poses a degree of risk especially in the case of electronic appliances or equipment. If you elect to display a television we recommend that it be a slim profile flat-screen and that it be positioned away from the front edge of the mantel where there is a degree of heat generated from the firebox. It is also recommended that any flat screen TV be secured to the wall behind it for added safety and security. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for items placed on top of a fireplace mantel.
