Stamina 55-1521 Core Training Seated Inversion System provides all the benefits of a traditional flat bed inversion system and more! In addition to relieving tension and stress from the back, neck, and shoulders, this seated inversion system puts less stress on the ankles, knees, and hips than flat bed inversion tables.

Ideal for those who suffer from back and neck pain as well as weight lifters / athletes seeking to improve lymphatic circulation for reduced post-workout muscle soreness. Convenient hand lever lets you easily lock into one of four inversion positions. The chair’s curved backrest extends your back slightly to you invert your body to a lesser angle while still providing the same benefits as flat bed inversion tables.

Features a pewter colored steel frame with cushioned upholstery and padded inversion handlebars for easy inversion and return. Adjustable lap belt holds you securely in place at all angles. Hand brake holds chair for easy mounting and dismounting. Other features include foam-padded ankle collars for added comfort and support, skid resistant rubber floor protectors for stability, less restrictive (yet full secure) leg lock with foam pads.
